HEKYES bugs can become resistant to ceftriaxone by producing Amp C, so use cefepime instead

Staph epidermidis can be a real pathogen in very premature infants
For ludwig's do need oral anaerobe coverage for lymphadenitis alone don’t need oral anaerobe coverage (its only outside)
Mastoiditis is a clinical diagnosis, cant diagnose on imaging
