Ibuprofen 10 mg/kg q 4-6 hours
Tylenol 15 mg/kg q 4-6 hours
Infants ≥3 months, Children, and Adolescents:
<15 kg: Oral: 0.2 mg/kg/dose once
15 to 30 kg: Oral: 4 mg once
30 kg: Oral: 8 mg once
